1. Overview
Sports Intelligence is a sports data and analytics service operated by Sports Intelligence. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, your account, and the platform, and how that information is handled.
2. Platform data
The Sports Intelligence platform ingests sports data (schedules, odds, injury reports) and computes analytics from it in the platform's own database. That sports data is operational data: it is not sold and is not shared with third parties except as described in section 7.
3. Information collected through this website
This marketing website is static. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. If you contact us by email or through the contact form (which opens your email client), we receive the information you choose to send: typically your name, email address, organization, and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to set up your subscription.
4. Accounts and payments
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored only in secure hashed form) so you can sign in. Purchases and recurring billing are processed by Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as our payment processor. We never receive or store your full payment-card details; we receive from Stripe the subscription status needed to grant or end dashboard access (for example, active, past due, or canceled) and your billing email. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
5. First-party usage measurement
To understand how people use the site and where the sign-up journey fails, we record a small number of first-party funnel events — for example: landing page visit, pricing viewed, checkout started, subscription completed. Each event contains only the event name, the page path, a timestamp, and a random session identifier created for your browser session. Events contain no name, email, account, or content data.
We use no third-party analytics or advertising services, no cross-site tracking, no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Events are stored locally in your browser and delivered only to our own servers for aggregate product measurement. You can opt out at any time: your browser's "Do Not Track" signal is honored automatically, or you can email us to request deletion.
6. Hosting and server logs
When this site is hosted by a third-party static host, that provider may process standard technical request data (such as IP address, user agent, and requested pages) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not control or use this data for profiling.
7. Sharing
We share personal information only with: Stripe (to process payments and manage your subscription, as described in section 4), our hosting and email providers (to operate the service), and advisors bound by confidentiality where required to run the business. We do not sell personal information.
8. Data retention
Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or legal retention duties apply. 9. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold by emailing privacy@getsportintelligence.com. You can manage your subscription yourself at any time through Account → Manage Billing. You can opt out of first-party usage measurement as described in section 5.
10. Children
The platform and this website are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. The site displays betting-related market information for informational purposes; see our Responsible Gambling page.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we will highlight material changes before they take effect.
