1. What we provide
Sports Intelligence ingests third-party sports data — schedules, betting-market odds, and injury reports — and computes descriptive analytics from it: cross-book consensus, price movement, book dispersion, and model comparisons. The service is informational. It is not betting, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to place any wager or make any decision.
2. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected
Sports data comes from third-party providers and the sportsbooks named in the product. Feeds can be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or revised after publication, and provider coverage can change at any time. The platform labels freshness and coverage honestly (for example, which books are missing from an event) rather than guaranteeing completeness, and it does not present stale data as current. Always verify anything that matters against official sources before relying on it.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing in the product guarantees any sporting, betting, or financial outcome. Consensus, movement, "edge" labels, and model comparisons describe market data — they do not predict results, and past behavior of any market is no guide to the future. You alone are responsible for any decision you make, and for any wager you choose to place with any third party.
4. Odds display
Where the product displays odds or prices, they are informational market data attributed to the named sportsbook at the time captured. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and we do not honor any price shown. Odds availability and accuracy depend on the underlying providers; see our Responsible Gambling page.
5. Third-party terms
Data we ingest remains subject to the terms of the providers that publish it. Your use of the platform must comply with those provider terms, including any limits on redistribution. Coverage, latency, and availability of any given source may change without notice.
