By using the Sports Intelligence website or platform, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. What Sports Intelligence is
Sports Intelligence is a sports data and analytics service operated by Sports Intelligence [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: confirm exact legal entity name and registration details]. It ingests publicly available sports information (schedules, odds, injury reports), computes derived analytics (consensus, movement, dispersion, model comparisons), and presents them through a dashboard and API. Sports Intelligence is not a sportsbook, broker, or adviser. We do not accept wagers, facilitate betting, or guarantee outcomes, winnings, predictions, or financial results. All content is provided for informational purposes only, and you remain solely responsible for any decisions you make.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Access is provided under the plan you purchase. At launch that plan is Sports Intelligence Pro, offered on a monthly ($19.99) or annual ($149.99) billing cycle as shown at checkout. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Stripe; see the Subscription & Cancellation Policy for billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms, which form part of these terms. 4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getsportintelligence.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or resold.
5. License and acceptable use
Your subscription licenses the platform for your own use. You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) redistribute market data in violation of the underlying providers' terms; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its providers, or other users' systems; or (d) represent platform output as guaranteed, official, or as betting advice.
6. Data sources and availability
The platform depends on third-party data providers. Coverage, latency, and availability of any given source may change without notice, and the platform reports coverage and freshness honestly rather than guaranteeing completeness. Scheduled interruptions for maintenance may occur. See the Sports-Data Disclaimer.
7. No warranties
The website and platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Analytics are computed deterministically from stored data but are not promises of future results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or wagers, arising from your use of or inability to use the website or platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and then ends.
10. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Sports Intelligence's principal place of business [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED: confirm governing jurisdiction/venue], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
